Description
Impressive scale of Victorian mahogany dining table formed in the perfect round at 5ft 6" diameter and opening via top quality runner system and steel winder to incorporate and combination of four original leaves. Standing particularly well worked and elegant cabriole formed legs with exquisite carving to the shoulder. Has rather typical amateur rouge glupe of a finish at the moment (sadly how most tables are finished in the UK now) but super timbers underneath to be stunning when finished by our in house professional hand polishers (see finished examples on our home page videos or in customer reviews). Measures 144" long fully extended and 66" diameter when closed.Circa: C.1890
