Description
Crisp and quality demi ended narrow proportioned mid Victorian extending dining table with figured timbers to moulded edge and black lacquer trimmed top, opening via double sandwich runner system and steel winder to incorporate any combination of the original leaves (you will notice different shades in the leaves currently as some have lived in the cupboards for decades without use) to provide variable seating for 6 to 16 people comfortably. Standing on very fine turned and fluted legs lined with black lacquer trim and currently in absolutely untouched original condition ready for very sympathetic restoration by our in house team of expert polishers or to your specification. Very nice example of top Victorian craftsmanship. Measures 144" long fully extended and 48" wide.Circa: C1870
