Description

Truly a masterpiece of early English cabinet work at a time of the first experimental systems to form extending dining tables for London town houses that closed away to side furniture, yet could perform as a banqueting table when required. This example absolutely untouched for 200 years and truly a museum piece. Formed as a side tea table with fold over top and then extending via runners to incorporate any combination of original leaves. Measures 118" x 52" full extended.
