Description

Sets of 12 original Regency period dining chairs surviving together for 200 years are actually very rare indeed. You will find sets come up in Google when searching but most of these will be 'style', 'vintage', etc. which are actually modern factory imports from the Far East. This super cleaned lined set follow the classic bar back fashion of the period, with a reeded crest to the enclosed brass inlaid bar and reeded frames enclosing a facet rail. Drop in seats and sabre legs to front and back. Untouched examples which have matured to super nutty shade and simple require a clean and wax and upholstering the seats in your chosen fabric.
